Best "Noobie" Classes?
I pretty much don't play RPG, or MMORPGs, at all, never have. I did watch my friend play this game though, and I am going to buy it.
My question is: What classes to you reccommend for a newbie like me? nothing advanced, but one that I can still have lots of fun with. I DID search, but I am not the best at searching, so if this topic has been brought up before, forgive me. Thanks! |

Warrior/Monk is a very popular build...not sure if I would call it a noob build or not, but it has the ability to hurt things and heal yourself. That at least helps

There is no best noob class or profession. When building a characxter think of the role you want to play in a group. Then build a character based on that.
I wanted to heal people and serve as a counter buff. So I chose Monk/Mesmer. My next character I want to counter and shoot stuff drom a distance. So, Mesmer/Ranger would be the choice. All characters are balanced. Just choose. You can't screw up. |

My recommendation
I would recommend going to this part of the forum.
They have been kind enough to list all the classes with some pre-made builds that would work great for you. It takes alot of the guess work out. http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/f...splay.php?f=17 Mind |
